Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) work with micro and small businesses to drive further growth ensuring that they can realise their ambitions.
LEO financial supports are available to Manufacturing and Internationally Traded Services Businesses employing more than 10 and less than 50 full time employees with international ambition.
This form enables us to assess how best to support your company develop and increase market share internationally.

Please note: This is not an application form.
The provision of complete and accurate information will ensure your Expression of Interest is processed in a timely manner.
To complete this form you will need to hand current financial data for your business including details of previous grants if applicable.
The following documentation will be requested as part of the form:
  1. Latest Audited Unabridged Financial Statements & Management accounts (within the past 6 months)
  2. Diagram Showing structure of Company / Group Structure (if applicable) / Org Chart (if applicable) *(A group structure is created when a company (directly or indirectly) owns one or more other company. Please refer to the EU User guide to the SME Definition for further information.)
  3. Business Plan (Where prepared and readily available)

Eligibility

This Expression of Interest will be considered by the Local Enterprise Office and Enterprise Ireland to ensure that the following key eligibility criteria are met:
  • Your company must employ greater than 10 and less than 50 full time employees in Ireland.
  • Legal and State Aid requirements
  • Funding applications can only be considered for manufacturing and internationally traded services businesses employing more than 10 full time employees and less than 50 full time employees against an Internationalisation Plan
Ineligible Businesses
  1. Domestically focused retail, personal services, professional services, and construction services.
  2. Are operating in the coal or steel sector.
  3. Are active in the primary agricultural, fishery or aquaculture sectors.
  4. Are involved in activities that Local Enterprise Offices considers as ineligible or as involving an unacceptable reputational risk. Ineligible activities include activities relating to:
  • The gambling sector, including ‘gaming’ (as defined in the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956).
  • Adult entertainment.
  • Tobacco and tobacco related products.
  • Cannabis-based products which are not authorised as medicines
